Gawd is it that soon!!..better get on with checking and testing the train set then.

Trust the organisers have arranged for the weather to be fair for the journey south.

Dave.

If the weather is not set fair then indeed there will be quite a few big gaps in the Hall!

So you noticed Project X on the list of layouts?

Project X has been run and developed by club members over the past year to develop the skills of members. Led by some of the top modellers in the club, many with years of experience of building quality layouts, Project X has developed. It is a self contained layout including fiddle yard plate and lighting and will be the subject of a raffle during the course of the 2015 show. Tickets will be £1 and more details and images to wet your interest will be posted over the coming weeks so if you have wanted your own self contained layout, built to a quality standard then project X could be for you!

We still have nightmares about the abortive attempt to take Alloa to Wigan a few Decembers ago..ended up sadly not attending but were happily reinvited the following year for the new summer show.

Hopefully Wakefield is early enough to escape that nonsense.

We are all looking forward to coming down and meeting you guys.

Dave.

A number of members have already started their sacrificial dances and drinking vast amounts of ale to appease the snow gods.

And you can't even spell my name right!  No wonder spell check gets confused.

I never use it, I alwaze spell words rite.

I was merely using that spelling to illustrate my point plus of course having spelt your name in correctly as Secretary I felt I had to continue it through into my new role
