Julia
I'm wondering if anyone can recommend good model railway related youtube channels/videos. I'm looking for good quality videos which give good detail on techniques that are being used and aren't just tours of peoples layout and trains running. Any recommendations? Theakerr
This Guy has a load of videos called Whats Neat. It may be NA but he has some really good ideas, some stuff I had never heard of (Did you know you can buy a circular blade to go in a fret saw) and is a bit out of the box in a very progressive way http://mrhmag.com That link takes you to the Magazine. Cannot find a direct link to U-tube so type in the search What's neat - March 2016 column | Model railroad tips | Model Railroad Hobbyist | MRH Edited March 29, 2016 by Theakerr

Jenny Emily
At the risk of blowing my own trumpet, I have a Youtube channel that includes videos on aspects of railway modelling. Most of mine are reviews too, but some are more practical ones like the sample below:

RMweb Premium nightstar.train Posted April 7, 2016 RMweb Premium Share Posted April 7, 2016 I have found the Minatur Wunderland channel to be great. Their chief engineer has a sort of diary describing the construction of various bits, and the technical aspects. It's in German of course, but they all have English subtitles.
