Canute Road Quay is on the road again in a couple of weeks and is appearing on Saturday 20th August 2022 at the Silverfox DCC MRC exhibition being held at the Oakgrove School, Venturer Gate, Milton Keynes MK10 9JQ

https://silverfoxdcc.co.uk/exhibitions/

It is good to be at exhibitions again, especially as many Model Railway Clubs/Societies have lost such valuable income from the lack of exhibitions during the pandemic,  so if you are able to visit the show, and support the Silverfox DCC MRC, please drop by Canute Road Quay and say hello.

I thought it was an enjoyable show at a great venue with ample parking.

A lovely little layout- even better in the flesh than on here.  Kept me entertained for far longer than I expected (and that’s with out the chats that just extended the entertainment further).  Thanks for bringing it north.

Paul.

Although the 07 is a jolly cute loco, I am glad you were operating steam engines at Stafford.

The diesels rarely get an outing at a show as they would not match my ambient sound track (yet).

Canute Road Quay is all up and running at the Guidelines Publications Spring show, the only model railway layout amongst some outstanding military and fantasy modelling. There is certainly a lot of transferable skills and techniques between the genres!

Never mind, Simon. Muz knows it isn't every exhibition layout that has a qualified signal designer as a guest operator! He might not notice the odd working dummy here and there.... But no red lights in the pub window, eh? I have a reputation to maintain!
