jukebox
If you get a chance, and haven't already done so, could you please weigh one of the wagons when it's finished? I'm curious what they come in at with all those castings. Cheers Scott

Cheers Scott Hi Scott did that back on post 354 Each wagon is 146 grams in weight So the full train of 9 wagons will be 1,314 grams
jukebox
Ah, very good - thank you. Certainly not unmovable on a flat earth layout, but more than likely echoing real life in needing a banker with some grunt, if there's any hint of grades. A nice whitemetal Q7, at around 400g and all of that passed down through the drivers, should do it! Cheers S

Steve K
That top picture looks as if it belongs in "TRON"! I'm only joking, of course (although the lines show up VERY blue against the brass) - this is coming together very nicely, and as ever, I admire your skill and patience.

N15class
Nice little wagons I ought to get a serpent in 7mm. I think the brakes are wrong on the LSWR wagon, I have a feeling on single sided brakes, the brakes and morton clutch are on the same side.

I think the brakes are wrong on the LSWR wagon, I have a feeling on single sided brakes, the brakes and morton clutch are on the same side. the casting of the brakes only has detail on one side so if i but the brakeleavers the other sides then the brakes would not work (push leaver down brake move away from wheels)
