I've lived ^here^ since 1994, and instantly recognised the works from your close-up shot of the door.  Amazing model!  Sadly the real building is no more, but I did grab a few photos as it was being demolished.  Perfect use of the haar.

What a lovely reaction - it was a distinctive set of buildings but still great to be recognised from a small section of wall ..

Probably not up to standards I see on here but a couple of new additions to my Dalby Town Layout, a LLCK and a New 20t Hopper, Still need to sum up the courage to try the Airbrush I got for Christmas for some weathering.

THe last rays of the setting sun (yes it even shines here in Buxton occasionally) highlight the little wood behind Basingstoke shed as an M7 simmers up against the buffer stops. The spares van is just leaving to return to the stores at Eastleigh Works with various brake valves for overhaul.

 

Please excuse my poor photography and yes there is still much to do before my layout is complete!
