RMweb Premium GWRPhil Posted March 11, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 11, 2014 Agree excellent photos. Although only one thing missing - the electrics! Now what ever happened to 90043 - since my last comment regarding this loco..................... although i didnt get any pictures of them in operation, Al's 86 grey pair were operating over the weekend. As for 90043 that would be a question for al. Glad you liked the photos. The Flask wagon was scratch built by another warren lane operator mick for me. im really pleased with the results
Satan's Goldfish
Echoing above now i've had a chance to llok properly, good photo's and vids Phil! It's ok matt I will show you how to handle a airbrush it's not that scary lol and weathering well you got dans dirty diesels for that and as for the big 18ft gap I am sure you will find something to put in there I'm managing to dominate spray cans ok, but they do have their limits. And you're right, Dan's Dirty Diesels does provide an excellent weathering service (have you set yourself up a website yet big man to show off your work? ) I have some thoughts on the gap but this isn't the place for them. I'm inclined to draw up some rough plans to email to the crew to work out which you feel is the best route to go.

WOMBATTY
Warren Lane update Before the Basingstoke show I had been working on plans for a new layout. Well that has been shelved for now as we are going to build another version of Warren Lane The stock I had started to build in preperation were all Stratford 47's Luckily they will all fit in Perfectly for the new version. Warren Lane Two "The Cockney Rebels Sequal" Container Terminal set in Londons Eastend circa 1982/87 (similar to Ripple lane) Em Gauge So the 47's on the work bench atm are 47011 47085 Mammoth 47572 Ely Cathedral 47574 County of Suffolk A47/4 getting new Shawplan grills, and Antenna taken off 47/4 after filing off the incorrect covers receives shawplan etch (Yes I forgot to put them on before painting the roof) Repainting the roof again The front of a 47/0 and 47/4 both have had High intensity lights and Antennas removed I have pictures of all the above (even the eth fitted 47/4's) working container trains into Essex terminals so I can justify them all :-)
trisonic
Ooh, plenty of "Cockney Sparrer" decals required, Alan! Devastated The 47's are progressing some are more finished than others. Ely cathedral is the furthest behind. The Br Blue looks better in real life (camera makes it to light) After these are finished I will start some 37's
