It's not a criticism, keep posting local stuff. My local store doesn't do sales but equally doesn't update prices on stock, so if its been on the shelf for a few years (and they have lots of older stuff) you can find things at very historic RRP's, some of which are sought after elsewhere! Had a Hornby ATW Mk3 Buffet car for ages at RRP when they were long sold out and commanding a premium. Had a few comments on the price of items I'm buying from the staff, them trying to remember how long it had been on the shelf! I'd be more than happy to pay £30 plus postage costs for a blue inspection coach. I have just phoned and they aren't prepared to do mail order despite the fact that I would be willing to pay the extra costs. Sawyer's have one at £44 - while the going rate seems to be about £51.
