I saw this outside the newsagents in the summer.  I thought that the placement of the 2 unrelated news items was quite funny.

Yesterday, I was quite involved with our local community bonfire. I had chance to phograph the fire before it was lit.

One of the build team has a sense of humour....

This was fixed above one of the lighting access routes.

Saw this in Singapore and did a double take before it really registered. It would never happen here!

This photo taken at Havanna airport shows the luggage wrapping machine on the concourse. Fairly un pc here.

 

Incidentalto this, I was talking with a Cuban artist who was of mixed race and his use of the 'N' word regarding races showed that such un-pcness does not exist in Cuba.

An award I received (or didn't because I couldn't get up), along with another worthy winner at my old schools Excellence Evening, it's one of the biggest awards you can receive in the school, I was rather chuffed as I never expected it!

Greggs now displaying calorific content of all their produce. . . 384 for a cheese pasty!

 

 I've given up a lot of my favourite foods since ASDA started their "traffic light" system of indicating the saturated fat in their foodstuffs - drat them!

GREEN  =   walk past not good looking or tasty.

 

ORANGE  =  I see you looking thinking about if you want to bite into me.

 

RED  =    STOP  and eat me right now you know you want too  :mosking:
