Removed a/c
Do you have the piece? If they sent that out they need to make it right, especially as they would have taken it apart ti fit the sound and should have noticed it was damaged. I bought a flying Scotsman with the same problem (not from Olivias though) I just glued it back in place.

Waverley West
Hi Alain, If you can glue the lever back in place without spoiling the appearance of your loco, I would, like britfarmer. Otherwise, it's up to Olivia's to sort it out for you. Although vulcan product fan above seems to be a satisfied customer, I think it's fair to say not everyone is impressed by Olivia's, especially as regards after-sales service. If you want them to fix it, you might have to be persistent and keep emailing and/or phoning them until you get what you want. I hope you manage to get it sorted whatever you decide to do. Best wishes,Dave Edited November 1, 2016 by Waverley West

rob D2
Great article Alain, Holidays can be inspirational for layouts. You should go take a look at cornwall -alas the railway scene is not what it used to be but it was very interesting until the late 90s. On the reverse, I was rather taken with the amount of railways when I drove back from biscarosse, through the Rouen area !
