  1. Hallo, If the stock has buffers then you really do need a body mounted close coupling gate for ultra close coupling. I have two Farish Class150s and the vehicles are not buffered with a bogie mounted coupling pocket. I use a Farish short shank and a Eichhorn short shank (which is slightly longer) and the units can also run in push mode on the return curves which are 1st radius and even over a section which is slightly tighter than 1st radius. es grüßt pc
  2. Did anyone mention to you over the weekend, that those HEAs looked phenomenal? 😀 And you did amazing work Friday and Saturday to get the end-board running in both directions, even if not 100%, you made sure trains ran.... ...when outside on Saturday none did es grüßt wie immer ganz herzlich pc
  3. Hmmm, that means I will have to buy a Class50 LL to complete the series of my 50005 collection: 0, 00, TT, and N I wonder which company will do nameplates/decals etc es grüßt pc
  4. A few years ago I saw a YouTube Clip, and a continental H0 model departed a scene came back a few minutes later as TT further back, diappeared and came back a few minutes later as N even further back, so it has been done. es grüßt pc
  5. All that MK2 coaching stock for the 50, but no BG or RBR? I do see BR MK1 parcels coach mentioned, so would that least be a BG? es grüßt pc
  6. I enjoyed meeting and talking to (one of) the owners, and enjoyed seeing the layout for real and not just seeing it on YouTube. Excellent layout es grüßt pc (the Shirebrook German Waistcoat)
  7. Now I understand your point. Apologies. es grüßt pc
  8. Revolution are producing the TPE MK5s, the MK5 sleepers, and have announced the K-style pullmans. So a suite of coaches is well within their financial clout es grüßt pc
  9. It was an honour to be part of the Shirebrook Team, to be allowed to operate such a fantastic layout, and to meet up with the people behind the team pic ftom Pickering. I had a great time over the two days getting to know you all, and being able re-kindle the friendship with Janet and Duncan after x-zillion years apart Tired but happy es grüßt ganz herzlich pc
  10. I was thrilled to see the Dallam layout for real at the Wigan show over the past two days, and to spend occasions chatting with you from time to time. Not sure when the 'Shirebrook German Waistcoat' will be back in UK to see the layout again. Happy memories being taken back to Herrenberg. In the meantine es grüßt, und diesmal ganz herzlich pc
  11. Working doors of course (Do passengers still enjoy the smell of burning rubber when the brakes are applied? If so another feature first to be incorporated in N) es grüßt pc
  12. The P-Way worker could be mistaken for Captain Scarlet - so indestructible. See you at Wigan es grüßt pc
  13. Maybe this? As per N-Gauge Society kit es grüßt pc (From Flickr, should launch)
  14. With Accurascale producing the MK2Bs, have you researched the viability of a partnership to produce these in N? There are very many locos out there already which can pull them, and it has to be seen as a gap in the market. Truthfully, I would prefer a full range of 2Cs, I am a die-hard WCML fan. There are differences (roof and toilet windows the most noticable), so doubt if both would be produced. Problem here the models of the coaches which would be seen with the Bs and/or Cs (Farish MK1, 2A, 2F, and Dapol MK3 and MK3 sleeper ALL have different heights), and a train where the roofs are not equal (without working on them) does look out of place. And as a suggestion for a 1st generation unit, the workhorse family of 304/305/308/504 Very long lived, a variety of liveries, and the various versions cover much of the country at some stage es grüßt pc
  15. I wonder if they will try to represent the catering coaches in a realistic way es grüßt pc

  21. That looks like the interior of an RFO not an RU es grüßt pc
  22. "In the fullness of time" 5 words which can mean so much :-) es grüßt pc
