  1. It says drawing catalogue available to download but I can't find it
  2. On a minor point the chain would have been stored in the chain pockets when they weren't securing a load.
  3. There are 5 screwws in total to remove. " small and 3 very small. I can't recall exactly where they were. I am still in the process of reamimg out the splashers si hopefully i'll be able to work out where they go when I come to reassemble. I could do with a coraser cutting disc.
  4. In the Tatlow book on LNER goods on page 7 there is a photo of a goods train displaying a light engine lamp code
  5. PCB tinned and stuck to sleeperrs and then crossing assembled in the normal way. I leave the PCB slightly over length and trim back once soldered. Iron only needs to be there until solder flashes under the joint.
  6. I aloso use 0.6mm pcb Not had a problem with plastic sleepers. Hawes was built using plastic sleepers.
  7. Your wrong there. Len had the machine running 24/7 and couldn't keep up with the demand.
  8. The reason most small businesses don't accept bank transfer is because of the time taken to reconcile the payment with the order. Much easier if the payment and the order arrive together.

  10. Could you tell me what the distance is between the inside faces of the splashers as I model in P4 and a lot of rtr locos don't have sufficient room for P4 wheelsets?

  14. I am inerested and have made an offer nut was mulling over the petrol costs for a round trip. I am in Chelmsford so collecting from Faversham would be doable if Oily is agreeable. I can do a bank transfer if the offer is accepted.
  15. When I bought a similar pen the advice was to thin the paint (enamal) with lighter fluid.

  18. An enquiry to Danny may be productive. I got 4 4mm coach kits from him this year.
