the scrapage sceam was a poor idea, as your said all those decent, perfectly usable cars were scrapped just so people can have new cars... i tried it once at a vauxhall dealership, they said the car had to have MOT, Tax, be in good working order, i thought, well why scrap it then? whats the point of paying all that money for something that does exactly the same as my "older" model.
