  1. Will they incorporate a flashing tail light on one of the 'end' wagons?
  2. But are they fastened to the body or the chassis - it's hard to tell on the photo's
  3. A 4-figure number is abbb where a is in the range 1-9 and b in range 0-9
  4. I seem to have a similar issue with my Black Watch. Had it for a couple of weeks and it's been running fine - but I do have a problem with the coupling when connected to an A/S JSA. Was trying to sort that last night when the BW started to derail at odd points on my track. Haven't had time to do any investigation as it's too hot in the loft!
  5. Have you contacted Rails of Sheffield - they're advertising lots of their loco's. Might be able to provide an update. Here you go - www.krmodels.net (new website URL)
  6. I can jut about remember this shop - Santa bought me a red Triang Dock Shunter from there, back in the mid-60's - had it until a couple of week ago when it got passed on to another RMWeber, still in good working order.
  7. This any good? https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C1795909
  8. This fits next to a ladder - you should have 3 others still fitted
  9. Low relief warehouses - 6 in total. Will be spaced out properly at some point. Added some 3d-printed CCTV cameras and AC units (might have positioned them a little too high?) - didn't like the printed versions which came with the kits (sorry!). Trying to find single modern spotlights to place above the nameboards.
  10. Do all wagons come with the 'instanter'(?) couplings factory-fitted or is that just for the photo's? Can the wagons be operated like this or again is that just for the photo's?
  11. Not got that far - can't see how you get the detailed buffer beam back into the loco - without knocking off bits of the details! After removing the coupling does the housing part also come off? Don't want to force it in case it's fixed.
  12. Damn, just as I suspected. Might enforce a 2nd purchase.
  13. There are 5 pictures in the 'how-to' guide - the first & last are of the outside but the other 3 are most definitely interior shots.
  14. @Accurascale FranI noticed in the recent Dapol announcement of a 2nd run of their class 68's, that they are advertising magnetic couplings (not sure if they were included first time round as I haven't had chance to check) - is this in collaboration with yourselves (sorry if this is industrially sensitive) to link up with the Kinematic system you provide as an option?
  15. Probably not how to drive it (actually I had to last year as there was no manual handbrake!) - but you may well need to ask what all the knobs & switches do. A/S have been more than willing to answer questions and support their customers - as others have previously commented this is customer service at it's best.
  16. Don't know what you're looking at but the instructions clearly state - 'Remove the bodyshell ...' - https://www.accurascale.com/pages/support#reamaze#0#/kb/class-55-deltic/changing-the-head-codes-in-your-deltic
  17. Knowing at first hand how difficult it is to refit the chains, I'd follow the first course of action!
  18. Hattons selling the new Dapol Class 68;s - https://www.hattons.co.uk/directory/versiondetails?id=1876&utm_source=klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=mar-0470-dapoloo68newbatchinstock#models Also at TTCDiecast - https://www.ttcdiecast.com/20220706-Dapol-class-68s-oo-820-c.asp
  19. 10 years ago I paid £9750 for 16 x 0.25 kw panels. Income from the first 5 years, 11 months was £15 shy of this figure. Since then I've been getting just under £2000 per annum, so over £8000 to the good. Plus anything saved using what I self-generate. Due to get a battery installed in the near future - free.
  20. Will the DCC versions have 4 little motors that move them up and down? (he asks expecting the answer NO!)
  21. I think you're correct there - On the real thing the chain looks like it lies on the bogie rather than hanging down - might just be the way it's been placed mind. Don't think it will look right if it's not fixed to the body though. Glad it's not me making the design / manufacture / build decision.
  22. I'd be interested in a poll to determine the outcome of your request. I submit 1 vote against.
