  1. Circa 55 years old but still running (see video) £5 to cover P&P
  2. Circa 55 years old but still running (see video). Hand painted some 50 years ago. Coupling brackets removed from each end. £5 to cover P&P
  3. Have you arranged for police escorts - can just see the headlines tomorrow evening - "Scores of DHL delivery vans hijacked & looted. A police spokesperson reported 'We can't explain - it's not as if the vans were carrying anything valuable'"
  4. Don't you need 2 buttons per point? Or am I missing something?
  5. So after an hour are the people who've been contacted then eliminated, or can they still reply as long as they're in the first 5 to do so?
  6. Well somebody from their support team was responding to emails yesterday - so why not as I'm guessing they're very busy with all that's going on for them
  7. Interestingly the video conveniently skips over the insertion of the 2nd battery. But after persevering for several attempts I've finally managed to get both batteries in and the wand works very nicely. My problem was caused by the battery holder being slightly turned anti-clockwise to that on the video (so the upright part was more to the right) - which gave me less room to play with. Only another 3 wagons to do now.
  8. I'm not really concerned with what Accurascale produce but can they please come up with an easier way to fit batteries for the wagon tail lights. Or provide pick up from the track.
  9. Apologies if this is higher in the thread but can somebody please confirm how many batteries are required for these? Picture shows 2, description is in the singular. I can get one in which is extremely loose so I'm guessing I can answer my own question but it will be a struggle to fit a 2nd battery given the angle at which the holder is positioned.
  10. Another vote against Morley. Nice controllers (I have both 2 & 4 control options) but the wiring connectors are awkward as the wires go in from the bottom and the screws are at the back - which means you have to stand the box on its front in order to make the connections (unless you're a lot cleverer than me). It would be a whole lot easier if the wires went in from the back and the screws were at the top
  11. Surely you need them to be able to walk from one end to the other - unless people are ordering 2 sets per loco
  12. Has anybody with SP's heard anything about extra income being available for earlier installations? I've been approached by a company stating that up to £8000 income can be achieved by make a change to the invertor but I can't find any information on this online. I have an appointment with them in July but I'd like to be forewarned as to what it's all about.
  13. Somebody had the same spelling tutor as @ERIC ALLTORQUE
  14. Ah the spelling used by the notorious 'H' - glad to see you've finally come out (so to speak!)
  15. Have you looked at a device called iBoost? It uses excess generated electricity, so it isn't sent back to the grid, to work the immersion element on your boiler.
  16. Doubt it - there's probably a long list of people who've registered for notification additional availability
  17. Have you tried contacting Phoenix direct - https://www.phoenix-paints.co.uk/
  18. Yes - the outer sidings on your plan. It might then be better if the terminal platform is joined to the main loop - ST226 on the bottom right.
  19. If you extend to the left you could join the 2 sidings into hidden loops for variety of stock
  20. Mine is Private Collection with Jon Anderson
  21. Looking so good I had to start singing to myself "Ye'll tak the High Road ..." Can't wait to get 37043 for real.
  22. OK so it's only 11" - but let's face it all men exaggerate
