    You will note that the plural of any monosyllable where the vowel is o changes the o to y. Thus ffon -> ffyn (short vowel = stick, long vowel = phone), and the TV rugby commentators' favourite one: post (= post) -> pyst (= posts).

    Home Security for Seniors Now that I'm on a fixed income, I've disconnected my home alarm system, turned off my external lights and de-registered from the Neighbourhood Watch. I've got two Pakistani flags raised in the front garden, one at each corner, and the black flag of ISIS in the centre. The police, the army and all my neighbours are watching the house 24/7. I am watched everywhere I go.

    It seems I got this wrong. I used the verb-noun instead of the past participle. I should have said: Rydw i'n poeniwyd am Jim. You could have called it Dyddiadur Mrs Dyffryn. And you'll love this one: Maen nhw'n byw ym Mryn Coed-y-Parc.

    I am a Seenager I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only fifty years later. I don't have to go to school or work. I get an allowance every month. I have my own pad. I don't have a curfew. I have a driving licence and my own car. The people I hang around with are not scared of getting pregnant, and they do not use drugs. And I don't have acne. Life is great.

    That first joke is inappropriate, because Ricky Ponting is not the Australian captain, and hasn't been for some time. In fact, since Ricky Ponting, Australian captains have been Michael Clarke, Shane Watson and Steve Smith. So if you are going to post some jokes at the expense of the Australians, please make them up-to-date ones.

    How did you dispose of the bodies? When I had a few ex-greys, I cut them open and left them on the path. The disappeared after a couple of days, probably courtesy of our local crows.
