A few years ago I was on a train from Great Yarmouth to Norwich via Berney Arms. Two oinks were on the train with no tickets and the train stopped at Berney Arms and the two oinks were thrown off the train after refusing to pay. Shame it was the last train of the day to stop at Berney Arms so I hope they enjoyed the walk to wherever they wanted to go. The guard looked very pleased with his efforts and received a number of "well done" comments from the passengers on the train.

Silly thought re the Wisbech and Upwell Tramway J70 and the lack of a coach. Bachmann Thomas range is now available in the UK and they do Henrietta in that range! How bad is the model and could it be used for the basis of a Wisbech and Upwell coach for the Model Rail J70?

I have been looking very carefully to find the information and I think I have got it totally wrong. I read "Trafford Centre" as "Telford Centre". Sorry to have mislead everyone. It is INTU who run Trafford Centre and Lakeside amongst others who are having problems.

I think I saw something about the owners of the centre going bust for a VERY large amount. That could have a lot to do with a lack of refunds. I just hope it all gets sorted.

I have tried numerous different masks. They all make my face hot and uncomfortable. Most of them also cause my glasses to steam up. However, we are led to believe that they will help curb the virus so I will continue wearing them.

I took my "A" levels and later that week some of the staff arranged a trip to Richmond Ice Rink. They got a bit of a shock when I arrived with my own Hockey Boots and did not need the rink hire boots. One of the female staff was foolish enough to turn up and skate in her usual mini skirt! Half way through the afternoon I was doing a bit of illegal speed skating when I saw her fall over with legs wide apart. Flat out until I got three foot away when I sprayed her from head to toe (and a few good bits in between) in ice as I stopped. She wanted to know what I thought I was doing! "Just showing everyone how to make a Knickerbocker Glory Miss" was my reply. She did not think it was funny but all the rest of the staff and kids thought it was very funny.
