  1. Could be good to see some Welsh pregrouping produced, such as the Taff Vale O1s and O2s, as well as the Rhymney R and M classes, or even te Cambrian Jones Class 89s...
  2. Not as far as I am aware, though there may have been a few Facebook replies that one is unaware of.
  3. Wonder where these are at currently... I do also wonder if we may see the Corridor Toplights break cover at some point.
  4. How about some GWR Sunshine stock and/or a 2251 class?
  5. Wouldn't mind seeing a Cambrian 4-4-0, or a Taff Vale Railway O1 and O2 (which I believe can share tooling with the U and U1 from the TVR).
  6. It's still interesting to note that there aren't many suitable industrial locos that could go with the Chaldrons. So maybe an Accurascale loco to go with at some point? Plenty of classes of course however it could be interesting to see something with dumb buffers to go with so as to complete the set as it were.
  7. So with the latest announcement being due Q4 2024 I guess that means a second run is nearly ready to announce? Hoping we see some more BR Green SYP in any case!
  8. The renders do make it look a lot better that's for certain. Though RoS says Q3 2023 which would mean that Bellerophon is very close, if that is the case.
  9. Rails now have these available for preorder. https://railsofsheffield.com/search?q='BELLEROPHON'
  10. Very nice figures really, much better than you could most likely get with injection moulding.
  11. Did have it double heading as well yesterday with the Hattons Andrew Barclay. If it can run all day quite happily without regularly cutting out etc, I do believe it's a very well designed model. Admittedly it was only on 3 old Lima MK1s with plastic wheels so not exactly a heavy load compared with other locos.
  12. They are very good, unfortunately disaster struck earlier this week for my model, buffer has gone missing completely now, so couldn’t run it at our club open weekend. Will it stop me buying another, no, does it bug slightly, yes, but all minor issues really. I do still believe this is the best Industrial 0-6-0 on the market and shall be sticking firm in the belief.
  13. Had a rather good running day today, ran most of today with the occasional break but otherwise performs brilliantly.
  14. I'll admit I have got this on preorder (and have done since October), no shame in the matter at all. I think we will see this model sell out due to it being a representation of the prototype that is if not perfect, at least passable even if being photographed on a layout.
  15. Agreed it does seem to be a rather small run so hopefully we will see some more liveries announced soon. Would be good if we saw BR Green with SYP on the 25/1s.
  16. Kernow seem to have these priced at £185, which must mean they aren't far off.
  17. I personally just like it to be able to pull 3 Bachmann MK1s without wheelslipping, as then know it will pull the trains I have in mind for it (which admittedly are only some Hattons Genesis coaches and some Bachmann Colletts).
  18. I do wonder how much Bellerophon will be able to pull, though I am excited to see the deco sample whenever that arrives.
  19. I think there are some areas KR Models could improve particularly with it's customer service, and customer relations, however I have seem some promising signs that they could be a manufacturer that will succeed in a very positive manner, I do believe that KRM needs to have a Monthly Newsletter that isn't "this is a particular thing and here is a table with a general update for all projects", as it is something that helps when you feel as if you can get to know the modellers behind the business a bit more through the newsletter (Rapido has to have the best newsletter in the industry from my perspective because of that), however not wishing to turn this thread into a general gripes thread about KR Models I suggest we leave it there and focus on the fact we're getting a model that would not have happened (most likely) had KRM not taken it on. Whilst it is not perfect (what model is?) I would say that we are looking at a very promising model that should serve reliably on many layouts for many years to come.
  20. Never particularly had an issue when emailing KR Models, they always seem to be quite polite when I have had a response from them.
  21. I do see that, just more hoping we might see a CAD (or the beginnings of one) soon, which would allow us to at least have some more tangible than nothing (which is what we currently have). Hopefully not too long though!
  22. Was surprised somewhat to find out these had Gardner engines in them, do like a Gardner. Hoping to add a pair of these models to my roster rather than buy a pair of older models (and my Gronk seems to have a threaded screw from the previous owner) so these should be good. Though I will say it would be nice if we coul get an update soon as we haven't really heard anything since the announcement, which was last August. (gosh 10 months ago already!)
  23. They're basically just the same as standard hauled stock.
  24. The shop I've preordered with is apparently still waiting for these to turn up, but hopefully not too much longer and my fleet of brake vans should be complete.
