  1. I've seen 80135, 80136, 75029 and 76079 for sale on ebay. I haven't done anything to the layout since I last posted or bought anything as it's currently in storage.
  2. I'm going to the Keighley Worth Valley Railway on Saturday and I might visit Oakworth. If you need any photos of anything there, I'll happily take some for you.
  3. 47798 Prince William in the Railway Museum at York on 03/12/22.
  4. Another WCRC 47, 47245, stabled in the loco sidings opposite platform 11 earlier on during the same day.
  5. WCRC 47812 passes through York with the Northern Belle on 03/12/22.
  6. A couple of D9002 (55002) King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry on display in The Flying Scotsman Story at the Railway Museum in York on 03/12/22
  7. Ah yes. The NER T2 and T3 aka the LNER Q6 and Q7. Powerful locomotives. One of each class was preserved. Q6 63395 is owned by the North Eastern Locomotives Preservation Group (NELPG) and is currently based on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR). (Photo is my own) Q7 901 (BR 63460) is on static display at Darlington Railway Center and Museum in County Durham.
  8. Does this actually exist in real life?
  9. My Grandad got his shunter this week. I had a play with it yesterday and honestly, I'm impressed.
  10. Happily, 37403 is still in service. The last time I saw the loco was on 23/09/22, at Grosmont sheds during the North Yorkshire Moors Railway annual steam gala. I've rode behind 37403 a few times on the line, though mostly from Grosmont to Whitby. For those interested in the loco in front of the 37, that is Class 47 47077 North Star. (Note: I know I've posted the photo on here before but I thought I'd share it again after seeing the other photo of the same loco)
  11. Yeah, I'd accept less detailed models. I've got a few locomotives that don't have lamp irons and a Lima Class 121 that I run on my OO gauge layout.
  12. No. It would have been unloaded in the car park and then shunted in.
  13. Just uploaded a couple of videos of the Northern Belle at York on 03/12/22 on my YouTube channel yesterday. I've got around 10 videos on there now or something.
  14. Yes. Although I'm currently working on an OO gauge layout, I model in both N gauge and OO gauge. My Grandad is interested in getting one and wanted to know what all the liveries were, that's why I asked.
  15. Unless it was intentional to make it look like the crossing gates are nearing the end of its days, judging by weathering they've done on it. Either way, it's a nice touch and foreshadows the gate's replacement with the new barriers and 'wig-wags'.
  16. How many liveries are being produced? And could someone post photos of these liveries on here?
  17. I've made a blog last year. That's got a few photos on it and there's a few blogs within that blog covering the work I've done on the layout and the rolling stock.
  18. Thought I'd the progress of my OO gauge layout on here. Not realistic yet but once it's ballasted and a few other things are done then it'll start to look the part.
