The Clock 36 makes a lovely sound, the control relay-set for the clock pulses is mounted in the loft and it runs off solar panels and batteries. Mine does between 16 and 22 swings before it toggles..

    4. LNERGE

      LNERGE

Ah that's handy. You nearly got a call to ask about that. It'll make you cry what i had to do to the toggle to get it to work.

  5. I've gained an 80 year old operator for my boxes. He worked the Melton Constable boxes. Thought i's see if i could make some of the pulls a bit easier... Guess i'm letting thing's slip here. The signal that was a bit heavy here had two seized wheels..

48 core of unknown origin. Pairs 1 to 10 easy. I couldn't find another group of five after that. Pairs 21 - 24 were yellow blue, yellow orange, yellow green and yellow brown. The termination issue was to do with it being high up in the signalbox roof and i couldn't see the gates on the termination block, i was in a hurry because someone was coming to play with said signalbox and i wanted them to help test the cable, i'd lit the stove and was sweating buckets, doing the brownies ru...
