  1. They are in transit, as always, if there is an update, we'll make one :)
  2. Drop support a line - we can confirm the correct Aux CV for the Stay Alive
  3. The Manor has RP25-110 profiles just like all of our stock (and the NMRA standard) so they are certainly not in any way describable as ‘chunky’ lol
  4. Because all the locomotives are made in a single production slot followed by a painting and printing slot followed by an assembly and packing slot. That slot is now mid next year.
  5. https://www.accurascale.com/collections/gwr-57xx-67xx-8750-pannier-tank/products/5700-class-5741-gwr-green-dcc-sound-fitted
  6. Try a deep refresh (hold shift and click refresh usually) which should clear your cache
  7. Click into your account, then click Rewards, then click Redeem. Decide how many points to use, click Redeem, and the system will put in a discount code for that amount in to the checkout for you. For 'no money down' preorders, it will reduce the balance due, when the model arrives and will confirm same when checking out. Any questions, just hit the speech bubble bottom right on the screen to chat with us in real time.
  8. Allow the Stay Alive 5-6 seconds to charge before engaging sound, also check your voltage on track is ideally 14v or more, failing both, do reach out to the support guys on accurascale.com
  9. Fresh accurathrashes are en route - should be in stock in a week or so :)
  10. You’ll need a 6 function 21 pin as a minimum for most functions. The lokpilots should be back in stock in a few weeks otherwise if you get a blank lokpilot we can help with config.
  11. Hi John The Dcc card with the model outlines all the auxiliary functions and what they do. Should help you decide how many functions you need. We also supply relatively inexpensive lokpilot for the 37 that comes preprogrammed. Our support team are also available through the little speech bubble on accurascale.com where we’d be delighted to assist.
  12. Relative to its size the Manor is a very heavy loco (die cast chassis and boiler and smokebox plus added weight) so it certainly sounds like you need to reach out to our support team or your retailer as ‘something’ is amiss.
  13. Unfortunately not ‘yet’ as the shopify API doesn’t current expose that functionality but it’s on the todo list!
  14. You'll find support in the footer, or in your account area, and in widget form on every page (the little bubble bottom right) If you double click https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0019/3957/0801/files/Class_37_dcc_functions_GENERIC_v4_Web_outlines.pdf above, it will open the actual PDF Any questions at all, our team can be reached using the same speech bubble if you need any help at all!
  15. Hi Peter, It's in the support section (and obviously included with every loco) here's a download link
  16. Actually there is, the NMRA voltage for HO is 14v so one could assume OO to be the same or a little higher.
  17. The minimum recommended by ESU for this generation of LokSound is 14v and we recommend 16v. Hope that helps.
  18. Contact the wonderful support team - all parts are available.
  19. For clarity todays announcement is not the Warley announcement.
  20. With email and live chat and instagram and facebook and SMS i’m sure they can find a way to reach us 👍
