    We tend not to repair but replace. If you just need a part sent out you can request it from rails who will pass it onto us.

    Hi Dave The invoice has a due date on it which is typically the expected date of both stock and payment. If you’re missing any information do get onto the support team who would be delighted to assist with your specific concerns or requirements.

    If it’s a siphon order you should have done and if there is any balance on orders a pay now button appears in the ‘my orders’ view. If not or not what you expected drop the team a line. We’d be delighted to help !

    Hi Dave, Not sure why you'd have any concern it's a scam? :) The invoices are sent out on preorders typically 60-90 days in advance of expected delivery, but are not 'due' until the goods are stock, or just before (which we'll keep you informed of) in order to maintain your position in the packing and shipping queue. Any questions at all, our team are standing by in live chat, email, Facebook and insta DM and more !

    37 chain removal isn't required for body removal, and you should be able to open the bogies without needing to remove them either, but if you do, they are simply friction fit on pins into the chassis.

    The accurascale website has photos of all the final production models online now also but bear in mind that studio shot images on screen and print can vary from what your eyeball sees in reality too

    If a retailer sends us a failed unit we send a new one right back to them. If it’s been sent to us you should have a replacement in a week tops. Hope that helps.

    Unless a repair is requested our default is always to replace from new stock. I would respectfully suggest you take it up with your retailer

    We did actually. And some 37’s too. Why we always recommend popping the email into the ‘notify me’ box if you are after anything. You get an alert if any come up as well as helping inform future runs. HTH!

    It's on a kinematic mount, to allow for accurate close coupling with other suitably equipped stock.

    No immediate plans to do so.. would there be demand?

    The Siphons are 143g and have no ballast weights. The body can be removed (clips) but we'd not generally recommend it as there is nothing inside.

    As 37/0's they retain generators, so will use the original sound project. HTH!
