  1. Right now broadly on schedule with decorated samples under review, we'll update in details once we have a more concrete plan, but for now the schedule is unchanged.
  2. Assuming you’ve been on to the guys, simply log into your account, choose Returns from your account area menu, input the order number, confirm the item from the order and fill out the details. The system then will generate a free collect+ return label. Simply paste it to the repacked up loco and we should have it in a few days and confirm your replacement.
  3. Sorry to hear it! We certainly do retain replacements and i’m sure the team will make it as painless as possible! Normally we dispatch a replacement immediately upon receipt of the return.
  4. Indeed like all of our crew figures they are directly 3d printing in high resolution full colour. The clarity and realism is to be seen to be believed

  6. Good news! Updated production photos are now online for 37419,37423,37425

  9. our model represents the classic Network SouthEast 1988-91 period with full-length orange cantrail stripe.
  10. If we can get the cold start on a refurb recorded and we are happy with it then that would be the plan.
  11. As you know accuracy is of paramount importance to us. We are working on a cold start for a refurb which obviously requires a special set of circumstances. a cold morning, an engine not turned over for a while, etc so the conditions are just right. If we can get it the way we need we’ll add the cold start recorded to future refurb projects and offer the option for those without it to have it added to their file.
  12. I've fixed up that non working link now too - thanks for the heads-up!
  13. On mobile just tap the speech bubble icon bottom right.
  14. If you tap into the support (bottom right icon) on our website and click on Other / Product Guides / Class 37 you can download from there. Hope that helps!
  15. Hi Tony The voltage is fine you just need to give a little time for the loco to charge up. Alternatively you can reduce the sound volume which will drop the current inrush. The NEm pocket definitely won’t impact so perhaps check in removing in the kinematic system hasn’t been jammed which will stop the bogie rotating freely. Any questions at all our team are standing by on live chat to assist.
  16. If your track voltage is a little low let the loco sit on the power for a minute which will charge up the supercapacitor. Once charged the sound will run normally. The NEM socket removal should have zero impact on bogie rotation. Perhaps some other factor at play?
  17. Believe it or not that’s a highly subsidized rate (it’s also a flat rate so you pay the same up to ten kg and obviosuly it’s air so the delivery is 72 hours to the USA) and if you can find us cheaper I’m all ears :)
  18. Centre Plough goes here - Left and Right in here: Putting the loco in a foam mount or similar and taking your time, and it should be an easy job, the centre holes may want a very slight opening out (with a small drill bit or punch) to make life easier. The NEM Plough obviously pops into the coupling socket.
  19. Pretty much, just being on powered track for between 30-45 and 90 seconds should be more than enough for most layout voltages.
