  1. Have you tried increasing the speed steps? If you have speed steps set to 28 for example, even a small change in throttle control can result in a large step on acceleration which would kick in the wheel slip?
  2. You can access it also here https://accurascale.customerdesk.io/#rp-customer-widget-faq-2578e9fb-c0a0-43d4-b6ad-6e54714ca861 Or by clicking Support under the account area. For ease of memory, I've also redirected https://support.accurascale.com to that URL
  3. Sounds like you’ve just changed direction on the settings. Do a reset (cv 8) and you’ll be back to normal.
  4. It depends on the model you’re installing in. The 37 for example doesn’t use brackets but the 55 does etc. We also sell a lot of accurathrashes for third party locos since apparently we’re rather good value for money. Simply drop our wonderful parts and warranty team a note (warranty@a..com) and we can send you any parts needed (free too)
  5. The spare parts stockpile is in transit with the next batch.
  6. From a recent chat with ESU it seems the component shortage led to some changes on the lok5 which a firmware update should be forthcoming to fully support.
  7. The functions are identical on all locos, and you can download the function list in our support area / product guides / class 37, hope that helps! We are due programmed LokPilots shortly which can be preordered on our website and are our recommended option. https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/collections/dcc-decoders-and-accessories/products/class-37-lokpilot-dcc-decoder
  8. Hi Paul! Feel free to drop us a line if you need to check any orders but the only irish lines announced and not delivered yet are the Mark 2’s (same as accurascale) which are due in the coming months and the newly announced ICR multiple units and now these Park Royals?
  9. No Mazak is a different alloy to Zamak. Hence the different name :) Short history version is that MAZAK was a uk specification for zinc alloy with a 99.95% purity. Zamak is also a zinc alloy with 99.99% purity zinc used and combined with about 4% aluminum.
  10. Basically DHL will collect 20% VAT with a small surcharge (normally £3.50 compensated by us not charging for the shipping at all) and that’s it. No duties or excise duty of any kind is payable. We’ve been shipping this way for a number of months now with 100% success rate.
  11. F17 is the tail lights control and F18 is for the headlight, but once the functions are the same, and you have consisting set up ok on your controller, it should automatically work (if using a Z21, or ESU controller)
  12. At the moment we're shipping from Dublin DAP, so you'll not pay any VAT at point of purchase, (and free post over £100) and then pay 20% HMRC VAT on arrival with DHL.
  13. If you are buying from England, Wales or Scotland the website will remove the irish VAT (23%)
  14. UK customers can now buy from the https://irishrailwaymodels.com in GBP with free shipping when you spend £100 or more.
  15. Absolutely! You can pair a green A with the green coaches, and any of the orange / black / tan variations with the others in this batch. You can pay £ 52 per coach, and get free shipping (DHL) throughout the Uk when you spend £100 or more, hope that helps!
  16. Pop off magnetic roof. Plug accurathrash into socket labeled SPkR Plug in sound chip Pop on magnetic roof You now have a sound fitted model
  17. https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/blogs/news/a-first-look-at-class-37-production-samples-and-delivery-schedule-update We’re only talking about run 1. Full batching details are in the post above. Batching was required due to the unprecedented scale of the run due to customer and retailer demand.
  18. Original plan was Following that, 37026, 37027, 37051 will arrive into stock in mid-April, and then finally in late April the BR Large logo trio of 37043, 37402 and 37409 will arrive, completing batch 1 delivery. So batch 1 is about two weeks behind as we tweak the program to avoid a small number of sound in rush protection cut out and batches 2,3 remain on schedule.
  19. The schedule is broadly unchanged. The next batch should be here late next week. The further batches remain on their timelines.
  20. The Chassis, Footplate and Boiler are cast in a high end Zamak alloy. The Sound config includes speakers in the smoke box and tender and all models have speakers (and stay alive and dynamic firebox flicker)
  21. That proved to be a PM specification issue, not a china issue :) That PM no longer works here :p
  22. Please Prod, as we have no 55's in our workshop at this time. (or indeed 92,s or 37s)
  23. Our whole philosophy is sustained availability to meet demand on everything in our range and as we grow - so yes, we'd expect the Manor to be a regular feature in our catalogue.
