    The timeline is as before just running a week or so later than planned. We hope to have the entirety of the (vast) first run all with customers over the next 8 weeks.

    The Shop App is just a 'window' on to our core site, so all the same options / discounts / gift cards / reward points, etc, will work.

    Ironically we know, for example, that our runs are larger, in some cases much larger, than typical runs a decade ago or even five years ago, so it’s not a shortage of supply, it’s a thriving hobby! Regarding preorders we’ve repeatedly asked for feedback and been repeatedly told customers want ‘warning’ and to plan ahead or use split payments and such, and to not stop announcing 9-18 months ahead of time. The positive side is that the increased volumes, high demand and ease of preorder keeps our prices low. It’s a win win.

    If it helps you should always get a dispatch and tracking notice from us too as well as tracking links in your account area and the support widget when logged in (following the link also gives you access to DHLs tools to hold or redirect the parcel if needed) Hope that helps!

    Our Type 3 EM and P4 sets are completely accurate and to scale, as the compromise for train set curves did not apply to the 37, as it does for the 55. (We also manufactured them ourselves) https://www.accurascale.com/collections/wheelsets

    The trouble with answering prayers is that it takes time (and money) :) Who knows what we, or others are working on, as even for a wagon, it can be 12-18 months just to reach satisfactory CAD and research, let alone tool, test, deco, test, produce, assemble, test and ship (which normally takes another year)

    We also make quality coaches, with glazing, much more parts than any wagon, and full interior lighting with stay alive, and they are £53.95 when you buy two or more. ;)

    We have made large bogied wagons at very reasonable prices already and our focus with wagons is always ‘trainloads’ Our brand new FNA with working tail lamp is just £37.50 or £33.73 if you buy two packs and our PTAs were just £149 for 5 (under £30 each (£26.99 with bundle)) How you could ever justify nearly £100 for a wagon hurts my brain personally.

    The factory mis-handed the couplers, drop our support a line (it's also in this thread) to claim a free pack of correct ones.

    Legacy EU orders (Tax paid) are en route between Birmingham and Dublin at the moment.
