Reposting from the spec: Article number - T0-2008S The speakers are manufacturered and branded for us by Tangband for both OEM fitting at our other factories and sale as an accessory. https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/collections/dcc-decoders-and-accessories/products/accurathrash-dcc-sound-speaker-pack-of-1 -

Fran is on a plane to Dortmund right now :) , but that aside, the manual shows either Cold Start or Wheel Slip on startup on F8, which is a latching toggle. The Locos with the refurbished file have the cold start, the others, the slip. Hope that helps! -

I can confirm that's an accurathrash :) https://www.accurascale.com/collections/dcc-decoders-and-accessories/products/accurathrash-dcc-sound-speaker-pack-of-1 -
Aside from being off topic Graham, I'll defer to our actual legal team, who provided that our (legacy) reservation fees were not refundable in the event of a customer breach of contract, as provided for , and reconfirm that as we now use an automated platform, we're happy to refund any deposit or part payment advanced on any of our preorders as we, indeed, move to a no money down whatsoever model, with the launch of the J69 range, and new Class 37 batch, and as we move forward.

Legally, if it's a part payment, probably, though under UK consumer law, 'deposits' and commitments to buy are not legally refundable, which is why I made my point about you missing the point - for a period, we took reservation fees on locomotives due to the admin-heavy nature of the process, which were non refundable. Moot now, as we use a deferred payment commitment instead, which is automated and does not require the manual admin overhead,

We've clarified the 37 specification to avoid any 'style' or 'comparative' confusion. - hope that helps! -

The magnetic lift-off roof on the 37 provides full access to the chip socket and speaker area. To fit the accurathrash simply pop off the roof, pop in the speaker connector (and chip) All models have the 'iPad' style small speaker, stay alive bank and full lighting suite as 'built in, deluxe' features out of the box. Hope that helps! -

Some customers have found a gentle filing of the ‘V’ to a soft curve in the kinematic recentering will allow for more tolerant centering after curves or points. May help! -

Hi guys A few quick points on the sound, please let the supercapacitor charge up for a half minute or so before kicking off or if your controller voltage is a little low it can ‘look’ like a cut off or issues with the speakers. Hope that helps! -

The DCC function chart in the manual is common to all the models for dcc use. We should have an ‘out of the box’ ESU lokpilot chip in stock ina few more weeks for silent function also. -

As per the specifications none of the 37’s announced so far have working fans. Our focus has been on delivering the delayed models and producing more to meet demand before embarking on the retooling required (for the motor mounts ) and changes in prices that may be needed. These 37’s are identically highly specified as run 1, with dual speakers, extensive lighting, built in stay alive etc. -
Given enough time we will, of course, accurascale everything. The only question is one of order :)
