    no Criticism taken, just pointing out that the first run deltic isn’t the ideal example of what can be achieved to raise the bar to where that balance can and should be.

    As has been stated earlier as a first UK model much was learned and our 92 has shown the robustness that can be achieved while maintaining extremely high detail as will our imminent 37,31 and more 55’s later in the year. it’s better to strive for accuracy at a fair price we feel.

    Sounds a little off. if it manifests as running issue do please send them back to us (free returns) and we’ll send you another pack.

    We’re always conservative with cover and returns and people always don’t complete orders. there are currently a little more than 150 packs combined of 1 and 2 ‘available’ so no need to run to ebay just yet 👍 this is of course a very small % of the total number of sets in this run. (less than 2%!)

    if you are after a set at RRP do pop your email in the ‘notify me’ box on the pack you want as a couple hundred packs total will be listed early next week and we’ll send you email alerts the moment they do once you’re on the list. Hope that helps!

    Try as I might, I'm unable to fix that - which is why there is also a login under the 'Support' option in the header.

    For clarity the rewards system gives you points for every single pound you spend. it doesn’t care what you spend then on or what other discounts are stacked up with it :) in the rewards widget you can click the ‘click’ history icon and see a full log of what you have earned and spent points on. Hope that helps!

    If you pop your email into the 'notify me' box on the pack pages, you will get a direct email the moment the stock is live, as the waiting list of emails will be informed before any online / social media mentions are put out (assuming there is anything left to mention online!)

Until we supply a controller it’s not our responsibility to tell you which one to use but we will draw up a list of ‘recommended’ we are moving rather away from the topic at hand.

    Be sure you add your email to the 'notify me' button on the pack's you have interest in, there IS always stock on hand once preorders are completed (likely released mid day Wednesday)
