  1. You can ignore the set date as they’re not due until we chase you :)
  2. And several are literal one-off conversions! Wouldn't it be lovely tho!
  3. We pioneered offering full colour 3D crew with Modelu for all our locos for the last few years. Suitable ranges for all forthcoming locos and the new hattons additions will be added in ample time. Hope that helps! https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/collections/crews-and-people
  4. For accuracy our model was well announced and public before that team member joined us.
  5. Everything is imported now so if you did not get an email (perhaps it’s under a different email?) then please get in touch.
  6. The Tarmac Ruston was announced. There is a new thread here, emails and posts online and blog article here https://www.accurascale.com/blogs/news/boy-from-the-black-stuff-tarmac-ruston-88ds-latest-accurascale-exclusive
  7. The minimum installment is £100 ex vat (£120 inc)’ so the partially button will appear for two or more Andrew Barclays. See more details here https://www.accurascale.com/pages/flexible-instalments
  8. As production for the AB and P had not commenced we can allocate some of our own capacity to ensure we can fulfill orders based on demand. Hth!
  9. If it helps they are no money down. So payment would not be due until a few months time for the first batch etc. (sorry!) We also offer installments https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/pages/flexible-instalments
  10. No need to contact. The system just assigns a due date but the invoice is not payable until the goods come in. We will be in touch in ample time when payment is due. We would just ask that if you do not wish to go ahead you cancel the order in your account area. There is no need to make updates or add payment details in the mean time and you can edit the shipping address any time in your account area before shipping. Any specific questions beyond that do please reach out to us. https://www.accurascale.com/en-eu/pages/contact
  11. Honestly, these days, it’s impossible to know :) We have an extensive roadmap and right now there are over a dozen powered models past the point of no return and unannounced. If another manufacturer announces them or already has after we passed that point there isn’t much we can do except perhaps avoid directly duplicating numbers / liveries (which can be done right up to about 9 months before delivery). Tomorrows announcement tho has not been announced by anyone else though. ;)
  12. Tomorrow. There will also be an announcement at MRS
  13. For those with imported preorders you can use the account area to cancel them if you no longer wish to proceed otherwise payment is not due until they are in stock. Hope that helps! Some have also queried the small price increase however factor the 3% back in points and free postage and the actual change is only around a fiver. Hope that helps too!
  14. There’s a little announcement Friday. Then quite a few more after that this year !
  15. We’ve also updated the warranty page to make it easier to read (hopefully)! https://www.accurascale.com/pages/accurascale-lifetime-warranty All feedback welcome.
  16. The preorder button will actually disappear when the available balance of stock threshold is met. Meaning the system reckons we are sold out. Good news though, the Shopify issue is resolved and all Uk orders will be imported tomorrow morning. Once that’s done and customers confirm their orders we will have a more accurate handle on balance of stock. Hope that helps. and the patience is appreciated
  17. Not at all :) We actually just updated some of our webpages https://www.accurascale.com/pages/contact
  18. by way of an update, we had issues with Shopify, who have recently changed their API, causing VAT issues on import. at the moment all non-UK orders have been imported and emailed to customers and we are working with Shopify support to resolve the issue so we can restore the UK based orders rest, assured, if you had an order placed with Hattons, we have it in hand
  19. Rails will be fulfilling the inbound production run, yes.
  20. They had but some recent retailer adjustments have released a small amount of headroom in advance of the stock shipping in april.
  21. For now, we confirm the Warwell in 4mm, and the AB and P. Rails will be handling and fulfilling the Genesis Run 2 which is in progress. After that, stay tuned, dear listener :)
