    Jim, with the time and effort you are putting in to get it right it aint anal at all! And you just KNOW, if you dont, someone 'who was there' will point it out to you! Do the drains have 4 slits or 5? ps how are you going to get the Paco Rabane or Blue Stratos fumes across?

      Used the new Hornby disc wheels, (as per the kit reccomendations) with Romford bearings. Seems to work fine........so far! :)

    I used to take my breakfast down there on earlies, especially in the summer. Used to sit on the edge of the platform, looking at the scenery and wildlife at 0700hrs when all was quiet and try to imagine the days when the line was 'busy!). I used to occasionly get a honk from a visiting 37 and used to drive the JCB 'shunter' they had there! Now theres a challenge in 2 mil! Great idea, many memories, thanks!
