      It indeed - despite yesterday's all day gloom- and it's  accelarating, a minute a day in the afternoon now and up to about a minute and a half a day after the weekend. You can understand why most cultures have a mid-winter festival  

      One of my favourite days of the year is the one, a few days before the winter solstice, when sunset is at its earliest- it's uphill from there for a whole six months.

      Nope. No. None at all. All that happened was that I, Mrs Philou and the rest of our visitors woke at our 'normal' time and then proceeded to have a 25hour day on Sunday. I was knackered very tired all day today! Wish it didn't happen at all - springtime or autumn.

      I couldn't possibly comment.

       

      As for Master Trump, I'd definitely prefer not to comment. I'm sure he'd deny it anyway - he seems to have denied a number of other things ... .
