      Well done Stu, that's a great achievement, I did my 100 two years ago, I started by giving whole blood at 18, then went onto donating plasma cells, used to go every 2 weeks, it was a great skive off work whilst giving a precious donation for life, I have now enrolled my Wife and Son into it over the last couple of years #givelifegiveblood

      Don't bother.... Find an alternative. Perhaps we should power our layouts from exercise bikes... You pedal and the trains run, as seen on a kids display of LGB at an exhibition in Germany some years ago. Model railways as education.
