There's too much unique and personal stuff that would be better directed towards Accurscale support on their website. Please give Fran and the guys a break, as basic support isn't their role and these posts run the risk that we will stop getting the kind of AS presence we've become used to. I have had returns with other manufacturers where you don’t know what is happening until you get a knock on the door, sometime a long time after the return. Mine sounded like the bearings either side of the worm gear were dry, so I'm in the middle of cleaning them up and re-lubricaring them to see if that'll do it.
