Caught up with your thread and watched your videos. It's all looking good and moving along nicely, bu then I wouldn't expect anything else 😃

Nice idea for a plan and a good excuse to run many types of trains or will you keep specific to your area?

Hi Steve, Cheers, it will be mainly Sothernish Speedlink I would think.

At first I panicked about your raised line over the flap - higher than the hinges I thought.  Then I thought a little bit more - hinges are off to one side so it doesn’t matter.

Clever!

You must have been at this game for some time!!

Paul.

Great progress Andy, good to see trains doing a full circuit.

Thanks Bill, I had to stay out there until I'd tested it and done the Video. So glad I did.

Weekend off now, back in on Monday morning.

You don't get extra for working on a Bank Holiday, do you? 😀

That's the problem with being retired Ray, every day is a work day.

I need to spend some time on the Bass over the weekend as we have a big rehearsal on Tuesday and a Big Gig in a couple of weeks.

Quite a good day in the POD today, I've managed more than I expected with all 5 Points on the Door lifting Flap laid and the copper clad joint ends soldered up and cut, Plus I have laid the 2 on the Main Board.

I still have the Gaugemaster DCC 80 Autofrogs to fit tomorrow and then continue to lay the Yard to the Points at the other end. Then it will be a case of fitting the Points Motors, but I will tackle that in a couple of weeks.

Well today, as expected, I have wired in all the Gaugemaster DCC 80 Autofrogs, and the power to the feeds of the Points on the Lifting Flap.

I then set about playing with the Track and Pointwork for the rest of the Yard,so with a lot to do over the next couple of days, I hope to be able to start laying and wiring over the weekend or early next week.

NOTE = The Tracks are not aligned or finally pinned in place yet.
