There's only 3 main liveries on the Deltic, and Accurascale made all 22 different models. Looking forward to the announcement tomorrow, but there's nothing mentioned so far that tickles my fancy, my wallet may be safe!

Whilst I'd love it to be the message talks about a "completely new model" and Accurascale already have the bogies from the 37/55 so I'd guess something else... (Looking forward to being wrong!)

If it’s steam, I think the most sensible choice is a Southern U. Producing an LNER K4 would also be sound – as soon as people see the little charmer, they’ll go for it. If AS is thinking strategically, then something to pull all the wagons.

If it's a diseasel the 50 looks like the obvious candidate - but then it might not be an obvious thing that appears if it is diseasel.  

 

If it's steam that my money goes northwards although alas there isn't a J25/NER P1 still around yo measure.  But there is a J21/NER C which would also go very nicely with the 20 ton hoppers and has enough variations, including industrial use at one, to keep A/S going for a very long time.

There has to be an announcement for a new steam loco fairly soon, simply because thew Manor is now in production, and Accurascale need to keep the steam momentum going. Money is also on a "black 8" as the next steam loco, but maybe not the Warley announcement. In my the next Accurascale diesel will be another Vulcan Foundry of which fifty were built.

I think one of the announcements if there is more than one will be a new OO Gauge Class 50. I have had a feeling that Accurascale will produce one for a while. I feel quite confident saying this but watch me completely wrong haha. 
 

Whatever the announcement/s are I’m sure they will be fantastic and in demand from us lot.

nobody has said it yet but has this announcement been brought forward because of a Hornby announcement  at Warley, has AS caught wind its the same thing? if so i would say its something Hornby already have (and are announcing a re-tool), so a 50/60? i would say a 50, the 60 is still a really good model
