Did you buy that from ebay?

No.

The top one is a cricket hat wrapped in tin foil. (Cubano)

The second one is a colander wrapped in tin foil. (Classic)

The third one is a baseball hat wrapped in tin foil. (Americano)

Hope that helps!  :)

All available from your local tin foil hat emporium. Maybe I should set up an ebay shop, I will be quids in!

To be typically British you need a Trillby wrapped as an option

On the flip side, (from the seller point of view) I’ve just been accused of ‘scalping’ by a supposed model rail enthusiast becuase I’m daring to sell more than one of the same thing that I bought with my own money. Disgraceful behaviour, I am appropriately chastened.

the fact that all of my items start at 99p and have no reserve appears to have escaped this person’s shimmering intellect.

Not so much an eBay nightmare but maybe shows the perils of charging  full labour when making layouts professionally - makes even a simple layout horrifically expensive

Hornby high detail Pullman coach “Minerva

Current high bid is £21 - what a bargain!

So why “madness”?

Well, I put a bid of £22 in a while back not realising that I already have two “Minerva” coaches (one awaiting renaming, obviously) so don’t actually want it now …

Except I am winning it with only 30 minutes left and I have a feeling I will win it…

🙄

Just when I made a promise to myself to stop buying stuff off eBay!

Anybody after a high detail Pullman coach for £23? (Reckon that should win the auction!!)

You mean you want one of us to jump in and save you from your impetuosity? 🤔

Looks like you'll have another coach to rename!
