cary hill
I was just wondering if the Adams radial tank would be passing back through Brent on the return leg of its railtour- I’m sure they are missing it in Dorset. Devon and Cornwall police say they are increasingly confident of tracking down the whereabouts of the missing Adams Radial Tank following the discovery of an important track side clue near Tigley this morning. "We suspect a Dutch smuggling ring with an accomplice in the Coventry area are responsible for the abrupt disappearance of the Radial Tank and other much loved locomotives and rolling stock from ANTB.............." "We suspect a Dutch smuggling ring with an accomplice in the Coventry area are responsible for the abrupt disappearance of the Radial Tank and other much loved locomotives and rolling stock from ANTB.............." I’m glad to see the Adams radial again, though I’m suspicious. Isn’t that trackside sign one that was erected a few years earlier to fool the Luftwaffe? In any event it won’t have enough coal to get to Holland without about 60 stops so someone must have noticed the theft.

RMweb Premium Tim Dubya Posted October 6, 2017 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 6, 2017 What about the SE&CR? THE LSWR's seaside is betterer than the SECR's seaside. BUT (and it is a big BUT) their H classy tanks are allowed to the LSWR's seaside, 'cos them's lovely.
