RMweb Gold big jim Posted July 9, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 9, 2016 That's lovely, I think I can live without the heater vent though The Bachmann detail pack has the ETH cables in there but they need a dab of orange on them (there is also brake pipes etc)
Mark Hamlin
Is there anyone else like me waiting patiently for a carmine and cream version of this lovely looking coach?

I've not opened the packet yet but there are two bits that look a little like lamp irons ?? However it's a very nice model. I finally gave in after saying I wouldn't pay that much for it. Oh well. Black 5 Bear
Can anyone please confirm whether the BR Maroon version has a different running number from the first release ? A friend of mine states that the model now has painted black end panels. Is this correct as my local dealer hasn't received his allocation as yet ? MRDBLUE17
Hi All, Given the popularity of these coaches on 1st release I made sure to pre order with Harburn Hobbies for the EWS release. I had a pleasant suprise that this had come out sooner than expected when they called me and went to collect on Tuesday. Great service as usual and a cracking model. Hi Coachman, I have an O Gauge Q13 in the pile to do but before that, I must finish what has become a 'shelf queen' - the H33 Restaurant Coach conversion to the S&T Inspection Saloon KDW150266. I am using the JLTRT kit for the Restaurant Coach and this is the story so far. The lower two elevations show the sides marked up prior to the 'cut and shuffle' exercise for the new door installations together with the location of the additional window. The windows in the ends were built up having formed one large aperture. The coach is preserved on the East Lancs Railway, unfortunately, not in the period that I am modelling, but a prototype reference all the same. Hopefully I will be dusting the box off in the very near future. regards Mike
