RMweb Premium melmerby Posted March 12, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 12, 2018 (edited) Want to run a 9F but haven't got room for 50 coal wagons, well no excuse now. Mon to Fri Red Bank to York ecs for the works. Thanks the David Heys and his superb website. There's pictures of Annesley 9Fs working the DIDO staff train between Bulwell and Annesley, normally two elderly coaches. Quite possibly on the Annesley Fireman website http://www.annesleyfireman.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/92012_dido_.jpg Keith Edited March 12, 2018 by melmerby

RMweb Gold DaveF Posted March 12, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 12, 2018 (edited) Partial explanation, day in and out of what? Thanks. From what I remember it was so named named because it ran everyday at the required times to carry staff to and from the depot at Annesley from the station at Bulwell Common. It also served Hucknall and Newstead. Links to a timetable and photos: http://bigkris21.tripod.com/index.html Then click on "Annesley Dido" on the menu in the left hand column also https://annesleydido.weebly.com/ David Edited March 12, 2018 by DaveF
