Saw this excellent layout in the flesh today at Warley and was very impressed.Very nice slow running ,cracking buildings and scenics and well presented too.The operator I chatted to was friendly too.I hope I didn't put him off too much.
My local garden centre was getting the Christmas displays out, a large tree already decorated out front and adverts telling everyone that the 'Del Boy Look-alike' would be along soon!....
A bump up for this topic but also a heads up on another BR liveried Castle thats available as a split from the 'A date with the duchy' pack. Its R2986B and is 7038 Taunton Castle. Its described as being late crest but model has the early one. £99. Thats quite a few BR castles now compared to the one in GWR livery.

I don't think so as I bought it back in the mid 90s from a small ad in the Railway Modeller. If I remember right they were also available as a double track version. It will come alive when Chris paints it.
Tw*ts like these get a record contract and make millions but true inspirational artists who song write struggle to get a deal due to being the wrong side of 40.Lifes fair innit.
Well I've had a chat with Virgin and I'm going to get their Tivo service installed next month.Heres hoping it works out well and its only costing me £3 per month extra.
Thanks for that link.I'd forgot about that option.I'll give them a ring to see.
The Panasonic HDD is the high end of what I'd be willing to pay.It looks a nice piece of kit though.
