  1. Given that it was quite common for 04s to operate with a runner wagon, you could try making a Conflat into one by keeping the tension lock on the 'loco' end and a Kadee on the 'shunting' end. steve

Mehano are very much still in business. --> http://www.mehano.si/en I have 3 of their HO diesel locos, 2 Vossloh G2000s, both the symmetrical and the asymmetrical versions and a JT42CWR (CLass 66 in English). All of them are superb models, highly detailed and excellent runners. I haven't collected them but ran them on my last German layout and they will appear on my next one too. steve

  14. Bernard do you ever highlight shut lines? I've tried it a few times with a very fine Edding marker and if, careful, it works pretty well. steve
