I think I have one of these on order. Having seen the samples from Mercig for the Hattons locos its a shame this one isn't heavily weathered too...

Not only flush at both ends but has to have the right boiler cover plate which narrows it down even more

The early crest 46460 is a scottish beast...

Apa Park and Apagele will be at the Sevenoaks Model Railway Exhibition, this Sunday.

Clear 'should' require a lower moulding pressure as it contains no carbon black which will only stiffen mouldings. Possibly the injection pressure is too high for the clear and helping it to escape, whereas the black was more reluctant to flow in to the gaps
