Noticed that the coupling hooks on my AS Deltic have started to corrode. Checked other stock and AS 37s are starting to go the same way. No other stock affected.

My layout is in a loft which is unheated so does get cold and humid. But that said it's only on my AS locos there is an issue and I'm sure I'm not the only one here with a loft/shed layout. Has anyone else noticed this?

Very odd but drop support a message and we’ll send you new ones under the lifetime warranty 👍

Seems like the HTG are getting a bit ahead of themselves then!!!!!!

Not at all! They’ll be the first of the batch to land and I’d imagine the group would need customers to commit asap to pay the bills in turn before the models land.

I don't doubt about your support at all, I am a happy customer.

I was testing the new 8 ohm speaker having been given it at Warley and spoken with the ESU guy there.

Its just an option if people are worried..

    regards

    Doug

As i said there is no cause for worry. We can also supply an 8 ohm speaker if anyone is unduly concerned 👍

  4. You won’t have any issue with the configuration and the system has been deployed identically in the 55,92 and Irish A class and a lot of. 37s to great success

The entire platform is designed to an ESU specification and will not reduce the life of your ESU loksound or anything else. You can safely ignore any scaremongery or poorly informed social media and if you face any issue we’d be happy to provide you with support.

I've just belatedly pre-ordered D9000 and paid a deposit. The pre-order was accepted, but it is now telling me the full payment is 7 days overdue. I thought full payment was requested when the models were almost ready for dispatch. Do I loose my pre-order if I don't pay in full now?

You can ignore the set date as they’re not due until we chase you :)

Funnily enough the guy at Bachmann working on the 31 changed jobs and now works for Accurascale, must've been an 'interesting' time for him when AS revealed their 31 to him.

For accuracy our model was well announced and public before that team member joined us.

Are some orders still awaiting transfer, or should they all be moved by now?
My AB and P class pre-orders are showing, but my Warwell one is still missing, just wondering if I should wait or chase.

Everything is imported now so if you did not get an email (perhaps it’s under a different email?) then please get in touch.

Is there any update on the partial.ly payments not showing correctly on the accurascale website? I’ve got a rake of 5 of these on order paid through partial.ly and despite me fully paying back in December, the accurascale website still shows “partially paid” with a remaining balance.

i did contact support about a month ago about it and was told a fix should be made in the next few weeks, however it’s still showing incorrectly. So just wanted to check here if it’s still a known issue or just a me issue at this point.

Just getting slightly paranoid this will affect my order and end up in me missing out. 😅

Definitely drop support a catch up.

I went to order several of the Barclay industrials and was hoping to pay by installments, but your site wouldn't let me except order them and pay now, or when you have them

The minimum installment is £100 ex vat (£120 inc)’ so the partially button will appear for two or more Andrew Barclays.

My pair have moved over successfully, hassle free. Are the production quantities changing? Some previously sold out models are showing still available to preorder.

As production for the AB and P had not commenced we can allocate some

of our own capacity to ensure we can fulfill orders based on demand. Hth!

Ive just bought a new car, and although I really want a couple or 3 of the 31s that have just come back available, I’m struggling to justify it.

If it helps they are no money down. So payment would not be due until a few months time for the first batch etc. (sorry!)

    We also offer installments
