  1. Yes that tally’s with exactly what I buy for the mower
  2. Oddly enough the cattle dock siding might be the only place long enough!
  3. Amazing how you can do that but supposedly other companies just cannot get their heads around the import/export duties and just don’t take orders across borders......just can’t be ars.....bothered I guess.
  4. Me too, TBH I was going to cancel as they are well our my period but they looked so “different” I kept the order live, and besides they were already paid for effectively........I wonder if the pair will fit into a two coach station bay?
  5. Strange, our ride on which is a V-twin uses just cheap supermarket stuff and it’s left standing in its “garage” for 6 or 7 months of the year, it starts first time every year with no issues at all. Working in vehicle R&D our company buyers bought the cheapest tanker full of the sparky stuff they could every time the tanks needed topping up, as long as it met normal standards we used it for everything from pool cars to dyno testing engines for emissions sign off, nothing fancy was ever used. To the OP if you have a normal production vehicle just use the cheapest fuel which meets the recommendation in the manual, your wasting your money otherwise.
  6. She had the option to catch another from Worc Parkway but I think she is being picked up from there now. I didn’t get involved, if something goes wrong.....it’s not my fault
  7. Looking at the smoke element, does it sit in the smoke fluid (in a shallow bath for example)? If so maybe a “fused/failed” domestic plug fuse would work with some resistance wire wrapped around from each end? Or does the inner “glass/fibre” core need to soak up the fluid?
  8. Possibly, I am not sure....she had to change at Exeter St David’s....I know that.
  9. Well I hope it’s a bit better today, Mrs BB got on the 08:39 Liskeard today and is presently winding her way along to Worcester Parkway, but I did get a text a while ago saying the train has been delayed at Plymouth due to requiring coaches to be removed/added, not sure what that’s all about.
  10. I hope you realise the best compliment I can give is they look like RTR straight out of the box.......absolutely lovely.
  11. In the automotive industry they have “TLAs” coming out of the cracks, we had a small booklet given to our US cousins over here explaining them all, best ones of all are those that actually are so long they make a word themselves CHMSL.....as in “I think the bulb in your chimsle has blown”
  12. Luckily on the racers we just blocked the stubs up and restricted full closure of the thermostat (or didn’t even put a thermostat in but that could sometimes be the wrong move).
  13. We were shown by a ST bod (this was back in 1970 odd) to fold the hose in half and on the bend end clamp with a jubilee clip then you can put the ends in about the right place with the stubs and slowly undo the clip, most of the time it worked but often it just made you swear a lot!
  14. I assumed it wasn’t just you, I just wondered if it was a general “the bombs coming” alert or a smaller specific known group, anyhoo you answered the question, thanks.
  15. And even more fun if you use the filter to just view over 50,000 feet.....some very interesting errrr aircraft hanging around over the Middle East usually
  16. Lomax.......yes was based on the 2CV 3 and 4 wheeler but didn’t look like a Lotus Seven at the rear, had a sort of boat tail as I recall.
  17. Yes, they are always buzzing around down here, usually with a few Knats from Culdrose chasing them around. One of the Knats failed to make it back to the runway about a month or more ago, both crew OK but made a mess of the Knat.
  18. I actually made the same mistake I did before, I have in fact order the 55 from you it is the 18000 Turbine from Rails...
  19. Out of interest how did you receive the message? And is there a reason it might have been you specifically or a public wide message?
  20. I had assumed the Cl55 would be out before the Cl37......
  21. Where about in the South, there is a lot of action with small executive jets from Portsmouth /Bournemouth playing with the Navy, were they large jets? ps. The small jets are all blue painted.
