It would appear DCC Concepts might have a problem they have yet a acknowledge. Can I assume if you had any contact with them they advised they decoders were out of warranty, which is what happened when I contacted them.

I have come to the conclusion that double yellow lines on the roads around here are purely for decorative purposes only....

Flippin bug has put me in hospital. 

I booked xmas off so loads of modelling time. Was feeling a bit down that it was nearing the time to return to work. Feeling down turned to feeling ill. One positive test later.

A bit of a busman's holiday this so called festive break, it's not as if I can go anywhere anyway, as the first of three commissioned magazine articles is underway. Two are for a brand new publication due out in the new year, exciting stuff #railwayhistory #railwaypreservation

When attempting to send a letter to an address in Germany yesterday, I now find that instead of an 'EU destination' stamp, I now have to put three separate stamps on the envelope, to the total value of £1.45. Of course, there is no £1.45 stamp. You need one for £1.42, then one for 2p and (incredibly, they still exist) one for 1p.

Is this some kind of Bre*it-related farce, I wonder?

I've completely lost track of time from  so many things being in limbo. My guess is it's March 232nd

I used to get adverts related to model railways when I logged onto here - that were as informative as the posts.

But since the last upgrade, I now get adverts for whatever shopping website my wife visited earlier!
