Laid up on in bed with a bad urinary infection. Horse sized antibiotics and cocodamol seem to be working. Was close to being admitted yesterday, close shave lol

I'll say it again; I'm not going to repeat myself.

Just how many signal boxes have NR demolished/will demolish? Absolutely appalling... I have no words.

Always find it a bit sad when I realise someone no longer visits/posts on RMweb. Those I have been used to seeing on a regular basis. Just discovered another. It's life I know....

What is it with the lavatories in the 3-car 165 units? The lavatorial space is very large, bigger than that of a Voyager and yet the actual 'facilities' are crammed into the corner, so that your knees are effectively in the sink!
-
It would seem you encountered one of the enlarged lavatory areas which have been altered in 165 & 166 units to meet the Disability Access requirements. They are considerably larger than they used to be. It is pertinent to point out that at least you have trains with such facilities. For some of us they will cease to exist when we are subjected to the dubious 'delight' of Crossrail's 1930s level interior arrangements. Hopefully its opening will be delayed until the next millenium.

So, I build a kit where the sprues are grey, and then prime the kit, in sprue grey, and then paint it in sprue grey. I must be missing something here.

Just back from Danemouth's first exhibition - will admit to being totally cream-crackered., And thanks to all RMWebbers who introduced themselves.

Danemouth is packed and ready for the Cardiff Small Show tomorrow - if you are there please do say hello!

Bachmann must be praised for their latest GWR green, possibly the best shade done so far on a GWR rtr model.

Is it me or is the site a bit slow today?

There are a couple of unopened boxes of chocolates still here in Kernow Towers, but they are both sealed up and inspection of the contents is impossible without being detected.

Are you sure? [Y/N]

I am about to have a pasty made in Cornwall, as I normally consume real Devon made pasties are there any precautions I should take prior to consuming it ?

Thinking of swapping the sound in my Hoovers, but I don't know which option to choose.
