  2. As Andy above has said, very impressive etches and a nice job you are making of it too. Sadly I have no use for one of these beauties...
  3. Nice work Mike. As far as I'm aware the dynamo should always be at the third class end (unless it's a full first!) First class passengers have paid more and the guard doesn't want to listen to it whirring all day. This may be wrong and a complete urban myth so I will be corrected.
  4. Hi Stewart, Great progress, can definitely see changes! Doncaster green would be Ok (Darlington would be better!). On Greyscroft Mine I used old style bleached carpet underlay and sprayed it with a mix of 4 parts Humbrol No 24 yellow and one part No 101 green (thinned to taste), it may also be cheaper as the specialist railway colours can be a bit more expensive.
  5. I'm wondering if a character like 'Super Pastyman' would fit in there in the first place...

  13. As seen in my Greyscroft thread. The shunt arm movement has since been adjusted, also the main arm has been speeded up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3TOeGbRgjw
  14. Hi Peter, glad you like the track, yes it is C&L, EM gauge flexitrack and points built from their parts, mostly B6 with a couple of A5's in the mine yard all ballasted with Woodland Scenics ash ballast and weathered. Should also have said that the signals need some work to complete them.
  15. Panda Lasagne, bit weird but quite good. Edit - The road the video was filmed on is part of my route to work. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wx7XwsHyvWI
  16. I'd be more worried about the box of pasties turning to crumbs...
