i know that the tank wagons (class H) had camo but i dont know about the other wagons
-
interesting, i might have a go at this with the 3 skytrex wagons ive just done some work on
-
quite a favourite machine of mine, very nice
-
that last shot just fully sums up the whole layout, Railway, barbed wire and poppies.
-
have you seen the Time Team episode that goes down into a surviving example of these tunnels
-
wow indeed
-
good luck on the build
-
could you put the chip in the water tank (inbetween the cylinders) or in one of the coal bunkers?
-
i contemplated these same things, Traverser, sector or cassette, i only decided on a traverser because i already had the right materials at hand and it took less work to convert my old fiddle yard. i had originally planned a loco run off but was too tight for space so left it off, its easy enough for me to run round by hand of god.

its always nice to see some pre 1900 modelling, and a leeds built loco as well, extra bonus. thank you for showing us
-
well done indeed
-
it is a very commonly known site
-
i made mine from that magazine same issue, but i changed the doors on the side of the bonnet as the article says that the one small door made the engine in accessible
-
agreed, that gloomy backscene just sets the atmosphere perfectly.

Nice work,
ive used it, it is much easier to use than i thought it would be, but you have a maximum amount of time available to use it, unless you buy a licence, i have 4hrs left but havent used it for a while.
regards, Sam.

do you go to any exhibitions, looking at the variety, at shows could help you with what region and/or era you like the most, and the you can google search a combination of key words. you could also try your local railway modelling society.
-
some absolutely fantastic trackwork as usual Richard,
-
is it alright if I just sit here and gaup for a bit over these broad gauge models?

-
