A couple of quick 'detail & weather' jobs.

47576, because it was my penultimate 47 for sight (47642 was my last), the same 2 loco's but in the opposite order were my Dads last 2 for sight.

47001, because Dad is a 47 fan & he wanted a plain Blue one !!

Cheers,

Phil.

First 50s and now 47s...

I can't decide if that is a positive or negative move..............

Cheers,

Mick

I'd say it's a backwards step, but it keeps the old man happy !  :mosking:

Cheers,

Phil.

First question I'll get from Dad will be, 'have they got drivers in?'

Bet he doesn't notice I've swapped the cab interiors round in 001, so the driver is at the opposite end !!

Cheers,

Phil.

I could always make it DIT behind a grid.....

I've got a pic of 56312 dragging 45133 through Toton, could have been on its way to Derby.

I've got a model of the grid, if you fancy doing the Peak !! :derisive:

Shouldn't there be one stood bang in the middle of your layout to be prototypical ??!!

Shhhh - the photos I have of a Peak are in the sidings to the Kelvin building. That part of the trackplan was lost in compression........  :onthequiet:

Project finished, EE traction this time !! :)

Started out as 37678 in Red-stripe Railfreight, so didn't need much doing.

Removed aerials, lost the black headcode box and 'Railfreight' logo from cabside, repainted Yellow ends, renumbered, and fairly heavy weathering compared to the 3TG ones that will soon be joining it !

Cheers,

Phil.

If it's a Vom Com I'm not interested !! :mosking:

If your on an HST at some time, and happened to walk past the 45*** numbered coach, and got some pics of the area where the windows have been plated over, there'd def be a brew in it for you ;)  ;)

Phil.
