No, but they have supplied chairs, which is good.

We are directly opposite the BRM stand, so we've seen various RMWeb alumni although not Mr York yet.

The framed photos are a nice touch.

Yes this is the only layout I have ever heard of being taken on trips to the country.

Most layouts just settle for an old church hall or school but not Ladmanlow Sidings - it loves the great outdoors!

Was good to see this at the show today and meet you (excitable man in black hoody looking for inspiration for an n gauge inglenook). When I asked if you had a topic on RMWeb you never warned me it was 89 pages long! That’s my evening’s reading taken care of :)

One of my mates has been to Donny today and was quite taken with Ladmanlow…enough to send me a little video!

That's great Jay, would love to see it.

Hi Andrew,

It was good to talk to you today, and I don't envy you the task of wading through all 89 pages...

I'm happy to report that it has been a great day, with lots of interest in Ladmanlow from both fellow exhibitors and the general public. I've had some very nice complements, both on the layout, and on the photographs.

It was definitely a plus to display the photographs, and explain to people how and where they were taken. A surprisingly large number of people thought that the photos were of the real railway, and were comparing them with details on the layout...

Thoroughly enjoyed the day, and looking forward to tomorrow.

Hello Al,

Was good to see the layout in the flesh today, and to chat.

As I said, no signals, so I can’t pontificate on the rightness or otherwise (!); just nice to admire the work of someone who has the scenic skills I’ve not got sorted yet.

Glad you enjoyed being out for the first time too.

Paul.

Saw this layout at the show on the Saturday, right at the very end.

Brilliant little layout and highly atmospheric.

Thanks Din,

It was great to meet and chat to so many people.
