It looks like Colas, but inverted and in negative format.

Hi Nick. If you mean D6704 that had factory-fitted sound, i.e. Accurascale's own sound project. I'm not sure who provided that for them - possibly legomanbiffo (guessing! Edit: Jamie Goodman - see McC's answer below), but it is different to the other ones from Bif that are in the same video.

Yes that was the one, I think the ESU speaker has a bit more clarity. I will of course add this to 37714 also when it shows up. @McC thank you also for clarifying!

It's very asymmetrical, even down to the marker lights on the front. I prefer the red end (snigger!).

It's a little strange that the radiator grilles are white, but the bodyside grilles are grey to hide the dirt.

So for 37418 thats

Green

Blue

Large Logo - 'An Comunn Gaidhealach'

Railfreight Petroleum - ‘Pectinidae’

Regional Railways - ‘East Lancashire Railway’

EWS

EWS - ‘Pectinidae’

Large logo but without the logo or the numbers or a name (c2 years)

Large Logo Unnamed

Large Logo - 'An Comunn Gaidhealach'
Loram Unnamed

59 years old, not bad for a loco thats pitched into a ditch, rebuilt, withdrawn, preserved, reinstated…

Spent money on paint but nothing on maintenance, anyone got a spare headcode lamp?

Wasted money on a rather poor paint scheme. Looks very amateurish and boring. Couldn’t decide on what colour the grills should be, ‘Red no, black no, white! What do you mean white!’

reminds me of the corporate bus colours of a 1980s in Leicester red, black and grey.
The logo is just dreadful. The block font is dull as dish water, with the rather unimaginative logo looks like a trainee graphic designer was given the job at 2 o’clock on Friday afternoon.

The poor thing needs rescuing and repainting into triple gray rail freight scheme. Or something equally handsome.

The new colour scheme on 37418 is not great at all. It was in the much superior Large Logo paint scheme when I was lucky enough to be propelled by it.

It really doesn't work on a 37. Looks ok on coaches but not on a 37.

Locomotives are being used as mobile advertising hoarding,i guess it there colours.

It’s a bit like that Porterbrook 47 livery from the early days of privatisation. Rubbish livery, rubbish way to run a railway! At least the 37 is rescued a little by the dark grey extending from the roof onto the bonnet tops.

Porterbrook Class 47/8, 47817 & RfD Class 47/3, 47375 "Tinsley Traction Depot"

Or the Loram colours applied in the same manner as sector/dutch livery.

The 2024 Locoshed book (Ian Alien) shows 37418 and certain other engines as livery code AH, because like opinions, everyone has got one.

Ahh! 😉

Yet when Lima released a model of it the masses rushed to buy.

I take it you're not very keen on the colour scheme.  Maybe it should be arrested ?

I'd be very surprised if the police one wasn't done at some point!

37409 in Scotrail livery would be on list for me though.

While the odd celebrity or one-off is nice, personally I'd much rather see a whole load of everyday locos in the more standard liveries
