I have but one word to add...

Matalan

Need I say more?

No, of course not, and you shouldn't have said that.

Oh Gawd, I'm talking to myself on RMweb, I fear this may well be some sort of all time personal stupid

Not Jeremy

Having known Captain Kernow for quite lot of years and having known one past 'Captain  Birdseye'. (i.e one of the many actors who has played that role over the years) I can assure you that our Good captain is streets ahead of Captain Birdseye.  And that probably includes a knowledge of matters nautical although I'm not sure where he stands on (or eats) fishfingers.  (But I do know that the Captain Birdseye of my acquaintance -  who used to live just up the road from me - was never fed fishfingers in his formative years as his mother had a low opinion of them.)

Twenty four hours later and that stupid Captain Beaky song is still playing in my head.

Found an antidote, popped up as a recommendation on Youtube, there's probably plenty here to replace the Captain Beaky song in my head, the theme is already going around and around.

Who remembers this then.

training for when Siegfrid and Roy retire???

I think they've both permanently retired.

Siegfried & Roy were a duo of German-American magicians and entertainers, best known for their appearances with white lions and white tigers. It was composed of Siegfried Fischbacher (June 13, 1939 – January 13, 2021) and Roy Horn (born Uwe Ludwig Horn; October 3, 1944 – May 8, 2020).

Skating round the subject!

Notice CK has not replied for a few days. Either he's ignoring this (sensibly), or treating it with the contempt it deserves....

And he will neither conform or deny that he is or is'nt reading it or ignoring it .
